Yay! One week closer until the end of the school year. 38ish more weeks until graduation.
This week was fun filled with more math. Hooray.
I did great on the pre-req assessment and the 2.1-2.2 quiz and that makes me feel good on the inside. The C^3 question really threw me off but once we discussed it in class, I think I understand it now. I honestly was done with the test by then and put something down.
We continued looking at limits and it great. We dove into the world of limits involving infinity and continuity. It was great. I remember how limits involving infinity work and the homework was pretty easy. The continuity was a little more trickier. I remember doing it, but I didn't feel as confident. But when we discussed it in class, I found that I figured it out on my own and that felt really good. Filling out the CCC was pretty strange to do to be honest, but it is a very helpful tool to be available. I like that we have time in class to discuss and solve the problems that everyone had a problem with. I like that it is students helping students instead of the teacher doing the problem on the board and woohoo! done. Seeing how people my age figured it out makes me feel more able to ask questions on their process and the concept itself.
I am kinda nervous for the test. I really don't like testing at all. I don't feel confident with a few of the concepts yet, but looking at all the homework and doing more problems over the weekend with help me with my understanding. I will probably end up looking at videos on the internet and will phone a friend for help. But I will understand!!!
